How do you use a whisk to make the perfect pandan latte?
Step 1: Moisten the powder
Add 1 teaspoon of pandan powder to 2 to 3 cl of hot water (75–80 °C).
Step 2: Whisk
Whisk vigorously (on speed M or W) for 10 to 20 seconds.
Step 3: Add the milk
Pour your hot or cold milk over the top. The mixture remains stable and smooth.
